These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of License Bridge (licensebridge.com), a software-as-a-service platform operated by Nested Minds DOO Pančevo (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use License Bridge.

1. Who we are

Nested Minds DOO Pančevo (Nested Minds DOO) operates License Bridge.

2. What License Bridge is

License Bridge is a SaaS platform for developers and companies who create and sell WordPress plugins and themes. It provides licensing, software updates, payment integration, and related infrastructure for your products.

License Bridge is not a marketplace for WordPress plugins and does not sell WordPress plugins to end customers on your behalf. You remain responsible for your products, your customers, and the payment accounts you connect.

When you sell your own products through License Bridge, you may connect your own Stripe, PayPal, or Paddle Billing account. In that context, License Bridge is the integration layer between your product and your chosen payment provider. License Bridge is not the Merchant of Record for sales made through your connected payment accounts.

3. Account registration

To use License Bridge, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and, where applicable, authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.

4. Plans, pricing, and billing

License Bridge offers subscription plans with different usage limits. Available plans, features, limits, and prices are shown on our website and at checkout.

  • Free — $0/month: 1 product, 10 licenses, 5,000 API calls per month. No credit card required.
  • Starter — $9/month: 3 products, 100 licenses, 50,000 API calls per month.
  • Business — $39/month: 20 products, 2,000 licenses, 1,000,000 API calls per month.
  • Enterprise — custom pricing and tailored limits for high-volume businesses.

Plan features, limits, and prices are described on our website and in your account. We may offer additional billing intervals or plan options where shown at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are handled as described in the payment section below.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges for the applicable subscription fees.

5. Payment processing and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

For clarity, this applies only to License Bridge subscription orders processed through Paddle. It does not apply to sales made by License Bridge customers through their own connected payment accounts, for which License Bridge is not the Merchant of Record.

For subscriptions to License Bridge itself, checkout and payment are processed through Paddle Billing. License Bridge does not directly process or store your full payment card details for those transactions.

Paddle also provides order-related support for those transactions, including billing inquiries and refund requests, as described in our Refund Policy. You can contact Paddle buyer support at paddle.net.

Your use of Paddle's services is also subject to Paddle's applicable buyer terms. Where there is a conflict between Paddle's buyer terms and these Terms regarding payment processing, Paddle's terms govern the payment transaction.

6. Subscriptions and cancellation

License Bridge subscriptions are recurring. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you can cancel future renewals from your account subscription page at app.licensebridge.com.

When you cancel a paid subscription, cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to the limits of your then-current plan (for example, the Free plan if you do not resubscribe).

Cancellation of future renewals is separate from a refund. Canceling does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund for amounts already charged. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility and how to request one.

You may also be able to manage certain billing actions through links in your Paddle receipt or confirmation emails, or through paddle.net, where Paddle provides subscription and order support for transactions it processes.

7. Refunds

License Bridge offers a 30-day commercial satisfaction refund on paid subscriptions, as described in our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you are not limited by that policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse License Bridge. For example, you must not:

  • use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or related systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the service or its security measures;
  • use the service to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination, as described below.

9. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • your WordPress plugins, themes, and other products distributed through License Bridge;
  • your end-customer relationships, support obligations, and product compliance;
  • the accuracy of product, pricing, and licensing information you configure;
  • maintaining valid credentials for third-party services you connect (payment providers, Git hosts, and similar integrations);
  • ensuring you have the rights needed to use, license, and distribute your software and content.

10. Intellectual property

License Bridge, including its software, branding, documentation, and website content (except content you provide), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use License Bridge during your subscription or free use, subject to these Terms and your plan limits.

You retain ownership of your products, code, and content. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, and display your data solely to provide and improve the service.

11. Third-party services

License Bridge integrates with third-party services such as payment providers (including Paddle, Stripe, and PayPal), source-control platforms, email providers, analytics tools, and WordPress update infrastructure. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control. Connecting a third-party account does not make us a party to your agreement with that provider.

12. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep License Bridge available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify plan features, limits, pricing, or parts of the service over time. Where a change materially affects a paid subscription you already have, we will take reasonable steps to inform you in advance when practicable. Continued use after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated service terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using License Bridge at any time. You may cancel paid subscriptions as described in section 6.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision would create risk to the service or other users. Where reasonable, we will provide notice before suspension or termination, except in urgent cases involving abuse, fraud, or security risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, subject to any paid period already in progress or data-export obligations required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

License Bridge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every business requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for License Bridge in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection or other non-waivable rights in your country of residence require otherwise.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of License Bridge after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
