Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests work for subscriptions to License Bridge, the SaaS platform operated by Nested Minds DOO Pančevo (Nested Minds DOO).

It applies to payments for License Bridge platform subscriptions processed through Paddle. It does not govern refunds for WordPress plugins or themes you sell to your own customers through payment accounts you connect to License Bridge. Those refunds are handled under your policies and your chosen payment provider.

1. Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

For clarity, this applies only to License Bridge subscription orders processed through Paddle. It does not apply to sales made by License Bridge customers through their own connected payment accounts, for which License Bridge is not the Merchant of Record.

For License Bridge subscription purchases, Paddle processes the transaction, issues receipts, and provides first-line order support. License Bridge does not directly process or store your full payment card details for those transactions.

Paddle's own refund practices and buyer terms also apply to the payment transaction. See Paddle's refund policy and contact Paddle at paddle.net.

2. License Bridge commercial refund policy

License Bridge offers a 30-day commercial satisfaction refund on paid subscriptions.

If you are not satisfied with a paid License Bridge subscription, you may request a full refund of the applicable transaction within 30 days of the transaction date, and we will honor the request under this policy.

To request a refund, submit your request within the 30-day period using one of the methods described in section 6 below.

This 30-day commercial refund policy is offered in addition to, and does not replace or limit, any mandatory statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

3. Statutory consumer rights

Depending on where you live, you may have statutory rights relating to digital services, distance contracts, defective performance, or withdrawal/cancellation periods. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit those non-waivable rights.

If you believe mandatory consumer protections apply to your purchase, include that information when you submit your request so it can be reviewed appropriately.

4. Subscription cancellation is not a refund

Canceling a License Bridge subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund amounts already paid.

After cancellation, paid features generally remain available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. When that period ends, your account continues under the limits of your then-current plan unless you subscribe again.

You can cancel future renewals from your account subscription page at app.licensebridge.com. You may also be able to manage billing through links in Paddle receipt or confirmation emails, or through paddle.net.

5. Technical or product problems

If you experience a technical issue with License Bridge, contact us at [email protected], +38163500452, or through our contact form so we can try to resolve it.

Technical support is not a prerequisite for requesting a refund under the 30-day commercial satisfaction refund described in section 2.

6. How to request a refund

For License Bridge subscriptions billed through Paddle, you can request a refund by:

1. Visiting paddle.net and using the “Request refund” option or support chat;
2. Using the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email; or
3. Contacting us at [email protected] or +38163500452 with your account email, transaction date, and reason for the request so we can coordinate with Paddle where needed.

Have your checkout email, transaction amount, date, and payment method details ready. Paddle may need these to locate your order.

For a refund requested under this policy, Paddle generally processes the refund to the original payment method where possible. The timing of the refund depends on Paddle and your bank or payment provider.
